The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Partnership Manager to lead the development of Trade Mastermind's affinity partnership network. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships with organisations, associations, and brands that align with our mission to elevate the UK trades sector. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the partnership strategy for one of the UK's fastest-growing entrepreneurial organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Identify, evaluate, and secure new affinity partnerships with aligned organisations, associations, and industry bodies.
    • Conduct market research to uncover mutually beneficial opportunities and build compelling value propositions.
    • Design partnership models that create measurable commercial and brand growth.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive engagement and success.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at all stages of collaboration.
  • Partnership Programme Implementation:

    • Lead the full lifecycle of partnership activation, from agreement and onboarding to launch and performance review.
    • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver successful partnership outcomes.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Management:

    • Drive commercial growth through strategic partnership initiatives that expand our reach and client base.
    • Monitor and report on partnership performance using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Brand Representation:

    • Represent Trade Mastermind at partner meetings, trade events, and conferences, promoting the brand with professionalism and confidence.
    • Ensure all partnerships uphold Trade Mastermind's standards of excellence, integrity, and innovation.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and identify actionable insights.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the trades, construction, or coaching sectors.
  • Familiarity with affinity partnerships, membership organisations, or collaborative growth models.
