Partnership Manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role will have a strong focus on account performance, agent engagement, training, and onboarding. You will take responsibility for supporting new agents from the point of handover from the New Business team, ensuring they are fully onboarded, trained, and confident in working with Simply Conveyancing before transitioning the ongoing relationship to the relevant Regional Partnership Manager.

Occasional face-to-face meetings or visits may be required where they add value to the partner relationship, training, or account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of estate agency partners, managing day-to-day communications through Teams, telephone, and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agents, providing consistent support and ensuring partners receive an excellent level of service.
  • Monitor account performance, referral volumes, conversion rates, and engagement, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Conduct regular formal performance reviews with partner accounts, using the company-provided performance review deck alongside referral volumes, conversion rates, and performance trends to assess progress against agreed objectives. Use these reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth, agree clear actions with the partner, and follow up to ensure agreed actions are delivered.
  • Work closely with Regional Partnership Managers to share account performance, feedback, opportunities, and concerns, ensuring a joined-up approach to account management.
  • Support the growth of existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase referrals, improve lead quality, increase conversion, and strengthen agent engagement.
  • Take responsibility for onboarding newly won estate agency accounts following handover from the New Business team.
  • Deliver structured onboarding for new agents, ensuring they understand Simply Conveyancing’s proposition, processes, products, technology, and referral journey.
  • Provide training and guidance to new agents and relevant branch teams, ensuring they are confident in making referrals and understand how to maximize the partnership.
  • Maintain regular contact with newly onboarded agents during their initial period to ensure they are engaged, supported, and referring successfully.
  • Identify any early issues or barriers to successful onboarding and work with the relevant internal teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Monitor newly onboarded accounts against agreed onboarding objectives and provide regular updates to the Sales Product and Training Manager & Head of New Business.
  • Complete a structured handover to the relevant Regional Partnership Manager once the account has successfully completed the onboarding period, ensuring all relevant account information, contacts, performance, opportunities, and outstanding actions are communicated.
  • Continue to support the Regional Partnership Manager following handover where additional office-based account support is required.
  • Proactively identify trending-down, underperforming, and inactive branches and accounts, escalating concerns and supporting the implementation of action plans.
  • Support the relaunch and revitalization of underperforming or inactive accounts through targeted communication, training, and engagement.
  • Handle partner queries and escalations promptly and professionally, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain partner confidence.
  • Work closely with Legal and Contact Centre teams to understand agent and client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall partner experience.
  • Carry out call listening across agent referrals to assess lead quality, identify opportunities to improve conversion, and provide relevant feedback to the Head of Sales Operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Partnership Managers on campaigns, communications, and initiatives designed to strengthen partner relationships and drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner communications, account performance, training, onboarding activity, action plans, and agreed next steps.
  • Provide regular performance and account updates to the Regional Partnership Managers and relevant senior stakeholders.
  • Attend occasional face-to-face meetings, training sessions, or partner visits where required to support the relationship or account objectives.
  • Ensure all partner activity, communications, and actions are recorded accurately on the relevant systems.
