We're looking for an ambitious, organised Internal Partnership Manager to take ownership of one of GLOWWA's national postcode territories and build lasting relationships with salons across the UK.
OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity to join GLOWWA — a fast-growing, award-winning hair and wellness supplement brand with a global footprint. We're on a mission to improve hair and scalp health through clean, sustainable and scientifically backed products. As one of three Internal Partnership Managers, you'll be responsible for the commercial performance of your territory. Working from our Manchester office, you'll build relationships with new and existing salons, convert opportunities into long-term customers, and work closely with our Territory Educators and to maximise customer success.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a fast-paced commercial role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and delivering results. You'll manage a large portfolio of salon accounts remotely, ensuring every opportunity is followed up quickly, every customer receives outstanding service, and every account has the best possible opportunity to grow. You'll work closely with our educators to coordinate onboarding, education sessions and retention activity, while maintaining excellent CRM discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory Growth & New Business
- Own the commercial performance of your allocated postcode territory.
- Respond to all inbound enquiries promptly and proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Open new salon accounts and ensure every opportunity is followed through to conversion.
- Deliver against monthly new account targets.
Account Management & Retention
- Build strong relationships with existing salon partners.
- Increase customer retention and encourage repeat purchasing.
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement proactive recovery plans.
- Develop account growth opportunities through regular customer contact.
Education Coordination
- Own and manage the Territory Educators' diaries, scheduling onboarding sessions for new salons.
- Coordinate education visits for existing customers requiring additional support.
- Work closely with educators to plan efficient diaries and maximise customer engagement and product knowledge.
CRM & Commercial Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction.
- Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner for every salon within your territory.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience within sales, account management or customer success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with a passion for achieving targets.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing a large portfolio of customers.
- Strong IT skills with CRM experience.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, scale up environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience within the professional hair or beauty industry.
- Experience working within B2B sales.
- Salesforce experience.
