Company Description

BlockRiver AG is a Swiss VQF-regulated settlement platform that streamlines movement between fiat, crypto, and stablecoins under a single onboarding process. The company offers spot OTC execution across major fiat and crypto pairs, stablecoin conversion in USDC, USDT, and EURC, and named vIBANs, with settlement designed to move into client custody. Its proprietary platform serves regulated entities and corporates, either directly or via white-label solutions for brokers, EMIs, and partner desks, with full API access. BlockRiver integrates Travel Rule compliance, Sumsub KYB, and Crystal analytics, operated to VQF SRO standards from Schwyz.

Role Description

The Partnership Manager role at BlockRiver AG is a full-time, remote position, responsible for building and running the firm's introducer network. The platform is live and in production, with client volume settling through it today.

This is a channel-building role rather than a direct sales role. The Partnership Manager identifies, approaches, and signs firms positioned close to corporate and institutional payment flow — cross-border FX brokerages, OTC desks, corporate service providers, corporate finance and M&A advisors, accountancy and legal practices, treasury consultancies, and payment providers — onto BlockRiver's introducer agreement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Signing partners is the first half of the role. The second is making them produce. Day-to-day activities include onboarding new partners and taking them to first live referral, briefing partners' own client-facing teams so they can raise settlement and stablecoin conversion credibly with their clients, maintaining accurate commission reporting, managing tiering and rebate discussions as partners cross volume thresholds, and running regular contact so that active partners stay active. The Partnership Manager owns partner count, activation rate, and volume per active partner, and works alongside compliance, operations, and the trading desk to move signed partners through onboarding without friction.

BlockRiver's introducer agreement is already in place and commercially generous, with tiered revenue share that scales with partner volume. The role is to build the network on top of it. This is a senior individual contributor position reporting to the founders, with no inbound application queue to inherit and no ramp period.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years in a partnerships, introducer, referral channel, or agent management role at a cross-border FX or payments provider, OTC desk, EMI, PSP, or institutional brokerage.
  • A demonstrable record of sourcing partners directly rather than processing inbound applications, with specifics on partners signed, activation rate, and volume produced.
  • Experience with corporate-facing introducer networks — advisory firms, brokerages, corporate service providers, professional practices — rather than retail affiliate or consumer referral programmes.
  • Working understanding of digital assets and stablecoin settlement, and the ability to explain fiat-to-stablecoin conversion, custody, and OTC execution to a partner's commercial team.
  • Familiarity with rebate and revenue-share economics, tiering structures, and commission reconciliation.
  • Comfort working alongside compliance and operations in a regulated environment, including AML, KYB, and Travel Rule requirements as they affect partner and client onboarding.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the self-direction to operate without close supervision.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.
