Who we are 🌍

We’re IAG Loyalty - one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.

Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.

Our Holidays division including British Airways Holidays and Iberia Vacaciones, brings together trusted brands, connecting customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end-to-end travel experiences.

We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation – we’re going places.

The opportunity ✨

Avios is already used by millions of members around the world - and we have ambitious plans to make it a truly global currency.

As our Partnership Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-profile brands who use Avios as their loyalty currency, including Qatar Airways, Finnair and Loganair. You’ll build strong relationships with our partners, understand their ambitions and help turn them into plans that deliver sustainable commercial value for both our partners and IAG Loyalty.

You’ll be at the centre of these relationships day to day, bringing plans to life, improving partnership performance and identifying opportunities to grow the reach and value of Avios. You’ll also work closely with our Business Development team as we look to bring new brands into the Avios ecosystem.

It’s a highly visible role with exposure to major global brands and stakeholders across IAG Loyalty and our partner organisations - giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing area of our business.

What you’ll be doing 🚀

  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with our Global Currency Partners, including Qatar Airways, Finnair and Loganair, as well as new partners as our portfolio grows.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their businesses, objectives and priorities.
  • Work with our Partnership Performance & Strategy Lead to deliver commercial performance and KPIs across your portfolio.
  • Use performance data and commercial insight to understand how partnerships are performing, identify opportunities and turn insight into action.
  • Lead the coordination of monthly and quarterly business reviews, bringing together performance, priorities, opportunities and actions for both working and executive-level conversations.
  • Work across IAG Loyalty and with our IAG Operating Companies to make sure partner priorities and agreed actions are progressed and delivered.
  • Analyse the potential impact of wider business changes, considering the customer, commercial and currency implications and recommending practical solutions.
  • Support the delivery of strategic and commercial projects that improve and grow our Global Currency partnerships, coordinating activity and keeping delivery on track.
  • Identify project risks and challenges early, working with stakeholders to find solutions and maintain momentum.
  • Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure contractual commitments are understood and delivered.
  • Resolve day-to-day partnership challenges and escalations, balancing the needs of our partners, customers and IAG Loyalty.
  • Partner with our Business Development team as we explore opportunities to expand Avios to new global brands and markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience within loyalty, airlines or travel partnerships would be beneficial, as would experience working with commercial contracts and legal documentation.

We might not be right for you if:

  • You only want to focus on your to-do list; we’re a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed.
  • You value perfection over fast iteration and progress; IAG Loyalty moves fast, we learn and iterate as we go; our environment isn’t right for everyone.
  • You’re looking to create but not build; this is an end-to-end role, you need to be comfortable owning your space, from ideation through to delivery and review.

If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please do still apply. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.

The Blend 📍

This role will work as part of our Loyalty Division and is based out of our London Victoria office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend - it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business.

This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.

Diversity and Inclusion

Our vision is to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences. Delivering that requires diverse thinking and inclusive leadership.

We are committed to building a workplace where people feel they belong and are valued for their perspective. Inclusion drives better decisions, stronger performance and more innovative outcomes.

We actively encourage applications from people with different experiences and backgrounds, and are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is fair, inclusive and accessible.
