Our Mission

Money sitting idle is money lost. We're fixing that.

Founded in 2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko gives businesses, non-profits, financial advisers, and fintechs access to institutional-grade cash management, via app or API. We are building the full infrastructure: issuing, operating, and distributing the products ourselves.

Two years after launch, we serve thousands of organizations across Europe and process hundreds of millions of euros in flows every month. Netherlands is one of our priority markets for the next phase of growth.

Our ambition: become the world's leading treasury management infrastructure in a market worth trillions.

We are backed by Index Ventures, the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise.

Spiko runs on excellence, transparency, and straight talk.

The Role: Partnership Manager FR – Accountants & Fractional CFOs

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to build and scale Spiko's prescriber network in France, working with two of the highest-leverage channels in the SME treasury market: chartered accountants (experts-comptables) and outsourced / fractional CFOs (DAF externalisés).

These professionals sit at the heart of their clients' cash decisions. Every firm you activate can introduce Spiko to dozens of SMEs holding idle cash. Your job is to turn that potential into real, recurring AUM.

You will own the full partner lifecycle end-to-end: identifying and reaching out to firms, qualifying them, activating them, and nurturing the relationship so partners consistently refer their clients to Spiko. You won't wait for a playbook, you'll help write it.

This is a quota-carrying, AUM-driven role. Success is measured not by the number of business cards collected, but by how much client cash flows into Spiko because of the network you build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full partner lifecycle: outreach, qualification, activation, and nurturing of chartered accountants and part-time CFOs, autonomously and end-to-end.
  • Pipeline generation: map the market, prioritize the firms with the most relevant client base, and run structured outbound to book meetings with decision-makers (partners, practice heads, associates).
  • Qualification & enablement: assess fit, run product and value-proposition sessions, and equip partners with everything they need to confidently recommend Spiko to their clients (materials, demos, co-branded assets, referral mechanics).
  • Activation: move partners from "signed" to "actively referring," including securing first client introductions and removing friction from the onboarding of those clients.
  • Nurturing & account growth: maintain and deepen relationships so partners refer repeatedly; track engagement, run regular check-ins, and expand within multi-office or franchised networks.
  • Cross-functional feedback: relay partner and market signals to Product, Compliance, and Marketing to improve the partner experience and the referral funnel.
  • Representation: represent Spiko at accounting and finance events, associations, and professional bodies (e.g. Ordre des Experts-Comptables ecosystem) to build brand and pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For

Must-haves

  • 2+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, ideally in fintech or the broader financial services / accounting-tech space.
  • Full-cycle ownership: a track record of running the complete cycle yourself, from cold outreach and qualification through to activation and long-term account growth.
  • Prescriber / channel affinity: experience with, or a strong understanding of, indirect channels where a third party recommends your product (accountants, advisers, brokers, platforms). Familiarity with the French “experts-comptables” and “DAF externalisés” ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Commercial rigour: comfortable carrying a quota and being measured on hard outcomes (revenue / AUM), not activity metrics alone.
  • Financial literacy: able to speak credibly about treasury, cash management, and money-market products, and to hold your own with finance professionals.
  • Communication & relationship-building: excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; you build trust quickly with senior professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ambitious and execution-driven; you thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment and take ownership without waiting for a playbook.
  • Languages: native or fluent French and professional English.
