What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Partnerships Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners, driving sustainable growth and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Working closely with the Head of Client Partnerships and colleagues across underwriting, product, operations and distribution, you'll develop account plans, identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships, and ensure clients receive an outstanding experience throughout the partnership lifecycle. You'll monitor commercial performance, manage renewals and portfolio growth, and help shape new opportunities that deliver value for both HSB and our partners.

What You'll Bring
- Strong relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

- The ability to balance commercial objectives with exceptional client service.
What You'll Need
- Proven account management or client relationship management experience, ideally within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment.
- A track record of growing existing client accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Experience managing commercial performance, account plans or portfolio growth.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions to deliver shared objectives.
- The ability to interpret commercial data and use insight to inform decisions.
