Rocket Padel
At Rocket Padel, we’re creating more than padel clubs. We’re building social destinations where sport, lifestyle, community, and commercial opportunity come together. As we grow across the UK, we’re looking for a hands-on Partnership Manager to lead and elevate how we manage, deliver, and grow our brand partnerships.
The Role
As Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the key link between Rocket Padel and our partners, ensuring every partnership is delivered to a high standard and continues to grow in value. You’ll work closely with internal teams and club operations to bring partnerships to life across our venues and channels. With East Croydon and W12 coming into the Rocket Padel portfolio, you’ll also play a key role in creating commercial momentum ahead of opening and establishing these clubs as attractive destinations for businesses, brands, and corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for national partners and the strategic lead for local partnerships
- Build strong, ongoing relationships, ensuring partners feel valued and engaged
- Identify opportunities to grow and maximize each partnership
- Manage delivery of partnership activity across clubs and channels, including branding, signage, events, and digital
- Gather clear briefs and ensure all requirements are defined before execution
- Work with suppliers to deliver high-quality branding and ensure installs are completed and documented
- Work closely with Marketing (including external partners) to align on deliverables, timelines, and content
- Coordinate with Club Managers to ensure visibility of partnership activity, including events and operational requirements
- Attend key partner events as the main Rocket Padel contact when required
- Ensure seamless delivery and identify opportunities for content and further exposure
- Create delivery reports and campaign recaps for key partners
- Monitor performance and identify areas to improve future activations
- Collaborate with marketing to showcase partnerships through campaigns and content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
