Partnership Manager

We are recruiting a Partnership Manager to support our continued Public Sector growth and expand our presence within the NHS. This role forms part of our 2026/27 growth plan and will focus on developing new business opportunities across NHS trusts during a period of significant digital transformation.

The NHS is investing heavily in modernising network infrastructure to support emerging technologies and improve patient care. As competitors increase their engagement at C-level, we are seeking an experienced professional who can confidently lead strategic conversations around network solutions, understands NHS buying signals, and brings established sector knowledge.

You will build new senior relationships, identify and shape opportunities, and position Converge Technology Solutions as a trusted partner for infrastructure modernisation. This is a high-impact role requiring strong commercial capability, sector experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a competitive market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
