Partnerships are how we extend our reach beyond our own channels. This role owns that for the UK & Ireland: growing the partnerships already in place, and finding and closing the ones that come next.

It's a two-sided job. You'll need the commercial instinct to spot an opportunity and negotiate a deal, and the project management discipline to take that deal and make it live - coordinating Supply, Marketing and Product to get it implemented and performing. Plenty of people can do the first half. We're looking for someone who can do both.

You'll report directly into the UKIE Managing Director.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the existing UKIE partner portfolio - performance against agreed commercials, renewals and expansion.
  • Source, qualify and pitch new partnership opportunities, building your own pipeline rather than working inbound.
  • Build the commercial case for each opportunity and negotiate terms through to signature.
  • Project manage every agreed partnership from signature to launch: plan, timeline, dependencies, risks and escalations.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement partnerships properly, holding internal teams to delivery.
  • Set success measures up front and report on partnership performance against them.
  • Act as lead contact for partners externally, and the point of clarity on partnership activity internally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in partnerships, business development or a commercial role, ideally B2B & B2C or marketplace.

  • Commercial fluency — building a business case, modelling a deal, negotiating terms.
  • Proactive and comfortable working from an open brief.

Desirable

  • Beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, marketplace or consumer tech background.
  • Experience scaling a partnership function.
  • Project management and Marketing experience a bonus
