An exciting opportunity for a Partnership Marketing & Activation Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Partnership Marketing & Activation Manager to join a leading global entertainment and streaming business.

This is an initial 5 month contract starting ASAP and will be mostly office based in Central London.

Based in London, you'll be part of a UK & International partner marketing team, managing strategic partnerships and developing marketing opportunities that drive brand engagement, customer acquisition and subscriber growth.

You'll work closely with commercial, marketing, creative, analytics and local market teams, as well as external partners and agencies, to deliver impactful campaigns from initial planning through to execution and evaluation.

You will:

  • Support the development and delivery of the partner marketing strategy.
  • Lead marketing planning and launches for new strategic partnerships.
  • Plan, execute and review multi-channel and above-the-line partner campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop high-value marketing opportunities aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead creative development and ensure assets meet brand and content guidelines.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns and maximise partner value.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimise activity and return on investment.
  • Share best practices and help improve partner marketing processes and efficiencies.

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, partnership marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing external partners, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong campaign planning, project management and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity and a proactive approach.
  • The confidence to identify opportunities, solve problems and turn ideas into action.
