Role Overview

Partnership Marketing is responsible for ensuring that Little Emperors' full partner portfolio (hotels, experiences, events, Eurostar, and our Little Black Book), is showcased and promoted in the right way across our channels. The Partnership Marketing Assistant supports the Head of Partnership Marketing in delivering the day-to-day marketing activity that makes this happen. This is an operational and coordination role, managing the marketing inbox, coordinating campaigns, maintaining content accuracy on site, and ensuring the administrative side of the function runs without friction. It is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, has a strong eye for copy, is keen to learn the luxury travel industry, and wants to build a career in partnership or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Marketing

  • Attend partner meetings as required.
  • Manage the marketing inbox, triaging and responding to partner queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track awards Little Emperors wins from hotel partners, maintaining accurate records.
  • Keep partner content on the website accurate and current — using the AI scraping tool and manual checking to update hotel descriptions, USPs, highlights, and insider/member reviews as needed. Also action copy update requests received directly from hotel partners.
  • Ensure partner pages are fully up to date ahead of any partner visit, so the hotel's presence on site reflects the current relationship.
  • Monitor competitor brands and the wider luxury travel market to understand how hotels are being promoted and positioned elsewhere, sharing relevant findings with the team.
  • Run content checks across the website and partner pages to ensure they align with upcoming marketing campaigns, resolving any issues directly with the relevant team members.
  • Support the Head of Partnership Marketing in reporting on paid campaign performance.
  • Support BAU partner coverage tracking throughout the year.
  • Assist the Head of Partnership Marketing and wider team in coming up with marketing themes and topics for social media content.
  • Creation of paid marketing pitches to share with external partners.

Campaign Coordination

  • Ensure the MyLER incentives page is kept up to date with relevant incentives, and work with the MyLER team to process and reward incentives once completed.
  • Load partner offers onto the Little Emperors website, ensuring all details are accurate and presented correctly.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of partnership campaigns - managing timelines, chasing creative assets, briefing relevant teams, and ensuring everything is in place before launch.
  • Act as the liaison with hotel partners to obtain sign-off on paid campaign activity before anything goes live.
  • Process and track partner invoices and payments, liaising with the accounts team to ensure all payments are completed ahead of campaign go-live.
  • Create web links for partner emails and social posts, ensuring customers are directed to the correct product page.
  • Coordinate the LE email signature update process, brief the agency and manage the upload to ensure it goes live correctly and on time.

Website Marketing

  • Build and maintain inspiration categories on the Little Emperors website — curating hotel content and setting the ordering of hotels within each category.
  • Audit destination pages for accuracy, identifying content that needs updating and briefing the copy and image teams on changes required.
  • Manage the Little Emperors Google Business Profile — keeping all information accurate and up to date, and pulling analytics into the relevant performance reports.
  • Proactively flag fresh and innovative ideas for how LE can market its partner portfolio — staying curious about trends in luxury travel and how other brands promote hotels.

What We're Looking For

The right person for this role will be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once without dropping the ball. Strong copy skills are essential, you will be writing and reviewing content regularly, and an instinct for what reads well and what does not is a real advantage. Attention to detail matters: from a hotel description to an invoice, accuracy is part of the job. Beyond that, we are looking for someone who is curious about the luxury travel industry, takes initiative, and wants to grow within a fast-moving marketing team.
