GRC SOLUTIONS – UK/Ireland

WE ARE HIRING

CHANNEL PARTNER MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Fuel partner growth. Own the pipeline. Make marketing count.

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Growth Marketing Director

Location: Home based, with expected monthly travel to our Ely head office (or as required)

THE OPPORTUNITY

GRC Solutions works with over 5,000 active customers and a broader base of 20,000+ organisations worldwide, helping them protect, comply and thrive against an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape. Our MSP reseller network is a core route to market, and we need someone who can make that network work harder. You'll own the marketing activity that turns partner relationships into pipeline — planning and running campaigns, building the content partners actually use, and giving them the confidence and tools to generate demand for our services. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role in a fast-paced, PE-backed and acquisition-driven business, where you'll need to take ownership of your patch and move quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads through our existing MSP reseller partner network
  • Partner relationships day-to-day — understanding their audiences and priorities, and shaping joint campaigns that create real demand
  • End-to-end delivery of partner marketing activity across email, social, webinars, events and digital channels, from brief through to performance reporting
  • Sales enablement content and campaign materials that partners actually use to engage their clients
  • Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) as your platform of choice — driving campaign effectiveness, lead management and reporting
  • Continuous testing and optimisation of campaign performance, backed by data rather than instinct
  • A contribution to partner acquisition — building campaigns and materials that sell the partner proposition itself

  • Hands-on expertise across multi-channel marketing — digital, webinars, events, content and outbound

  • A strong analytical mindset — you read the data and act on it, not just report it
  • The organisation to run multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once, using tools such as Monday.com
  • Excellent written communication — you can produce persuasive copy and tell a story that lands commercially
