Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Translate vertical value propositions into compelling, usable collateral.
  • Lead ICP and messaging development in collaboration with the sales team, working from partner call outputs and market feedback.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with briefs for asset production, localisation, and distribution, ensuring self-serve resources (via Canva Enterprise) are current and accessible to regional sales teams.

Co-marketing & Partner Campaigns

  • Plan and deliver co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners: joint events, webinars, email campaigns, thought leadership, and co-branded content.
  • Work in partnership with the Content team to ensure delivery of market updates and insight content for partners across relevant geographies
  • Manage partner-facing activity at industry events relevant to target verticals.

Performance & Reporting

What You’ll Need

  • 6+ years in B2B2B or B2B2C marketing with a strong grounding in partner, channel, or affiliate marketing, ideally across multiple verticals or geographies.
  • Proven ability to build partner activation programmes that drive measurable referral and revenue growth, not just awareness or reach.
  • Strong content and sales enablement skills i.e. able to translate complex value propositions into clear, compelling collateral for varied audiences.
  • Comfortable owning both programme design and hands-on execution; this is not a strategy-only role.
  • Effective at working cross-functionally with sales directors, regional leads, and product and engineering
  • Financial services or fintech background is a plus; familiarity with FX, payments, or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Self-starter who can operate with limited resource, bring structure to ambiguity, and manage upward without needing to be chased.

Success Measures / KPIs

  • Growth in active trading affiliates and referral conversion rates across partnership verticals.
  • Partner activation rate: % of onboarded partners reaching first referral milestone within target timeframe.
  • Partner referral rate: % of onboarded partners reaching target repeat referrals.
  • Adoption and engagement with co-marketing assets and the partner self-serve toolkit.
  • Reduction in ad-hoc marketing support requests from the sales team.
  • Sales team satisfaction with enablement materials and campaign support.
