Help us keep homes safe, compliant and thriving.

At GreenSquareAccord, we believe everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home. We are looking for a proactive and organised Partnership Officer to join our team and help ensure our supported housing schemes are safe, compliant and well managed.

This is a varied, field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building strong relationships and making a real difference. You will manage a portfolio of supported housing schemes across Chippenham and Oxford, carrying out regular visits, inspections and audits while working closely with partners and colleagues.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out site visits, estate inspections and tenancy audits.
  • Monitoring health and safety compliance and following up outstanding actions.
  • Reviewing Fire Risk Assessment actions and ensuring recommendations are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Inspecting properties to ensure they are clean, safe, well maintained and ready to let.
  • Building effective relationships with local authorities, support providers, NHS teams, contractors and internal colleagues.
  • Monitoring partner performance and ensuring service level agreements are delivered.
  • Supporting partner agencies with tenancy management, rent accounts and Housing Benefit applications.
  • Working collaboratively to help resolve anti-social behaviour issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
