About the Role
An exciting senior opportunity for an experienced operations leader to head up a team supporting high-profile international brand partnerships across sport and entertainment.
Sitting at the heart of several major sponsorship programmes, you’ll be responsible for making sure the operational side of each partnership runs seamlessly. This is a broad leadership position covering client relationships, technology and platforms, hospitality and guest programmes, rights management, reporting, and team development.
Day-to-Day
- Lead a specialist team delivering the operational requirements behind a portfolio of international partnerships.
- Act as a senior contact for clients, helping navigate challenges, recommending solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure hospitality and guest programmes run effectively, from ticket allocations and platform administration through to communications and issue resolution.
- Maintain oversight of sponsorship rights and deliverables, working directly with rights holders to ensure agreements are being utilised effectively.
- Own relationships with external technology and platform partners, identifying ways their products can better support client requirements.
- Review existing processes and introduce smarter, more efficient ways of working, including opportunities to use technology and automation.
- Ensure appropriate processes are in place around compliance, governance, and data handling.
- Take ownership of client reporting, improving how information is gathered, analysed, and presented.
- Coach and develop the team, creating an environment where people anticipate client needs rather than simply responding to requests.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
