At Allison Homes, we're creating great homes and communities where people thrive. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Partnership Quality Manager to help ensure our partnership homes are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Working across partnership developments in the Central Region, you'll carry out quality inspections throughout the build process, support a right-first-time culture, and build strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, and other partners.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting quality inspections across multiple developments
- Identifying risks, defects, and compliance issues early
- Supporting site teams to deliver quality improvements
- Producing detailed inspection reports and action plans
- Building strong relationships with external partners
- Driving continuous improvement and quality excellence

What we're looking for
- Experience within housebuilding, residential development, or construction quality roles
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and warranty requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Full UK Driving Licence
