Grid Dynamics is looking for a Partnership Sales Director, Microsoft to build and grow our joint business with Microsoft across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you will develop GD's presence inside Microsoft's field organisation, drive co-sell pipeline alongside Microsoft sellers, and build the joint go-to-market engine between GD and Microsoft, with a focus on Azure, data platforms, and AI. The right person knows how Microsoft works from the inside and has a track record of turning partner relationships into pipeline and closed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow joint business between Grid Dynamics and Microsoft, establishing GD as a go-to co-sell partner for Azure, data platform, and AI engagements across Microsoft's field organisation.
  • Own the co-sell pipeline across the UK and Europe: identify and register joint opportunities, manage deal progression alongside Microsoft field sellers, and drive Microsoft-sourced revenue to GD.
  • Drive new-logo partner sales across the UK/Europe region through the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Enable Microsoft's UK field teams (ATUs, STUs) to confidently position GD by developing briefing materials, capability narratives, and reference examples that make it easy for sellers to bring GD into client conversations.
  • Define and execute the UK and Europe go-to-market plan with Microsoft.
  • Build senior relationships across Microsoft and channel partners; represent GD at Microsoft partner forums, QBRs, field days, and regional events.
  • Drive joint value propositions, co-selling motions, event participation, and pipeline growth with Microsoft.
  • Lead partner enablement across technical, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Support Grid Dynamics account teams in identifying and progressing joint Microsoft opportunities.
  • Shape GD service offerings aligned to Microsoft partner plays, contributing to Grid Dynamics' global cloud go-to-market strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
