We are bsport. The place to be!
bsport is a SaaS platform built for boutique fitness, wellness, and studio businesses. Backed by Series B funding and growing fast, bsport supports 4K+ studios across Europe and internationally in running their business (bookings, payments, marketing, CRM). The sales organization is structured by market, with teams across Continental Europe and International (UKI, US/CA, APAC).
About The Role
We're looking for a Partnership & Sales Manager UKI to be the face of bsport across the UK and Ireland. This is first and foremost a network and influence role: the person we hire needs to already be well known and well connected within the fitness and wellness industry in the UKI, and able to bring that network directly to bsport to accelerate sales and build a strategic partnership pipeline. They will also own the sales cycle for Enterprise prospects (large accounts).
🎯 What Will Be Your Impact
- Industry network & influence: Leverage an already established network in the UKI fitness/wellness industry (studios, chains, federations, events, partner ecosystem) to generate business opportunities for bsport.
- Enterprise sales: Directly own the Enterprise prospect portfolio (strategic accounts, multi-site chains): qualification, negotiation, and closing of complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Marketing collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Marketing team to define and run the go-to-market strategies for the UKI market, including Account-Based Marketing top prospects, and Self-Serve motion for smaller accounts.
- Partnerships: Fuel the UKI partnership pipeline by introducing bsport's Partnership Manager and AEs to the right industry connections (technology partners, distributors, professional associations, industry players), creating new growth channels.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as bsport's representative in the UKI market: represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and with key partners, to strengthen brand awareness and credibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
