Your Mission
The Partnership Specialist will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new resellers, ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding experience throughout every stage of the partnership journey. The Partnership Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new partners are successfully activated and equipped to operate independently.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and research new potential resellers through scouting and prospecting activities, leveraging databases, digital tools, and market research.
- Qualify leads and manage the initial outreach with prospective partners to assess their fit with Teya's Partnership Program.
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new resellers, ensuring all required activities are completed for successful activation.
- Organize and deliver training sessions on Teya's products, processes, and tools, enabling new partners to become operational quickly.
- Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential challenges, and coordinate the necessary actions to resolve them.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and onboarding materials for new resellers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reseller acquisition and partnership onboarding processes.
