About Us
We're a fast-growing adaptogenic coffee and wellness brand on a mission to make best-in-class adaptogen extracts accessible & easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
Having built a strong foundation, we’re looking for a Partnerships & Account Executive to help grow our B2B channel, build strong relationships with our partners and support our continued expansion into new markets, including the US.
The Role
As our Partnerships & Account Executive, you will be joining our B2B team to help manage, develop and grow our network of partners and clients.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining account management, sales and new partnership outreach. You’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, taking ownership of day-to-day client relationships while looking for opportunities to grow accounts and develop new business.
As a small team, you’ll wear a lot of hats, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and happy to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of B2B partners and clients, building strong and genuine relationships.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities to drive month-on-month sales growth.
- Ensure product listings, promotions, marketing campaigns, pricing and product information are accurate and up to date.
- Develop ideas and activations to increase sales, engagement and distribution across existing accounts.
- Respond to and develop new business enquiries, identifying opportunities that are great positioning in the luxury wellbeing space.
- Research and reach out to potential new accounts and partnership opportunities.
- Support proposals, commercial conversations and partnership collaborations.
- Coordinate orders and resolve customer or operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Keep CRM and account information accurate and up to date.
- Work collaboratively across the wider team to ensure partner activity runs smoothly.
- Help improve processes and systems as the business continues to grow.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone early in their career but commercially mature, with some experience in account management, sales, partnerships, customer success or a similar client-facing role.
A genuine interest in wellness, nutrition, functional health or related areas is important to us. Our partners include wellness businesses and functional health practitioners, you’ll find it exciting to learn about our products, ingredients and the science behind them, and feel confident educating our partners and customers.
