Role Description
The Partnerships Account Manager is a hybrid role based in St Albans, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic partners, ensuring that partnership objectives are met and that partners receive high-quality service and support.

Day-to-day activities include:

- Overseeing partner accounts
- Coordinating joint initiatives and campaigns
- Tracking performance against agreed targets
- Preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and partners
The Partnerships Account Manager will collaborate with commercial, marketing, and technical teams to develop partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and identify new opportunities that align with BRE’s mission and products. The role also involves:
- Conducting regular review meetings
- Resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate documentation and CRM records to ensure strong, long-term partnerships
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the built environment, sustainability, or related sectors.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partner organizations.
- Solid commercial acumen, including experience with contract negotiation, revenue growth planning, and performance tracking against KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, deliver persuasive presentations, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Well-developed organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and standard office software to maintain accurate records and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Knowledge or interest in building safety, sustainability, and innovation in the built environment is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
