Role: Partnerships & Account Manager
Location: London
Type: Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
We’ve partnered exclusively with a high-growth wellness brand entering an exciting new phase of expansion.
With a strong B2B presence already established across wellness, hospitality, retail and functional health, the business is now scaling quickly - both in the UK and internationally, including an exciting push into the US market.
They’re looking for a Partnerships & Account Manager to play a key role in that growth: owning important accounts, unlocking more value from existing relationships and helping build the next wave of commercial partnerships.
The role:
- Own and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners
- Spot and convert upsell, cross-sell and wider growth opportunities
- Develop new partnerships across wellness, hospitality, retail and functional health
- Create compelling proposals and support commercial negotiations
- Launch activations that drive sales, engagement and distribution
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships, founders, marketing and operations
- Play a hands-on role in international expansion, including the US

About you:
- Experience across B2B account management, partnerships, sales or business development
- Experience or a genuine interest in wellness, nutrition or functional health
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue
- Commercially sharp and confident building senior relationships
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership
- Excited by fast-moving, founder-led businesses where you can make a visible impact
