Role Purpose:
The Partnerships and Business Development Manager will lead strategic partner relationships, deliver outstanding partnership activations and events, drive the growth of the LMA's 1919 Club, support new business development and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the LMA's commercial strategy.

Skills Required:
- Partnership management and delivery experience (minimum 3 years experience working within the Sport industry).
- Business development experience (desirable).
- Significant organisational skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Confident presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects from inception to completion and prioritising workloads.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
