We’re looking for a confident, personable and proactive Partnership & Engagement Manager to lead a team that builds and maintains strong employer relationships and creates outstanding opportunities for students, apprentices and employers.
You’ll lead, support and inspire the Partnership & Engagement team to build strong relationships, unlock new opportunities and deliver an exceptional service to our stakeholders.
You’ll Lead, Coach And Inspire The Team To
- Maintain, build and grow strong employer partnerships
- Create and develop high-quality apprenticeship, work experience and industry placement opportunities
- Spot new opportunities and help shape and grow our provision
- Build a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Set clear expectations, drive performance and deliver great outcomes in collaboration with colleagues across the College group
