Partnerships and Enrolment Lead
📍 London/ Peterborough | Flexible Working | 🤝 Friendly, supportive team
Are you an enrolment expert who knows the apprenticeship or education world inside out and understands how marketing plays a pivotal role in attracting learners and partners too?
If you’ve led enrolment processes, worked closely with recruitment or marketing teams, and take pride in creating smooth, well-structured learner journeys, this could be right up your street. We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a marketing-aware mindset, not only keeping systems and processes running seamlessly, but also understands how great enrolment experiences start long before the first day of learning. A person that gets a buzz from the blend of working directly with schools at ground level, building key relationships resulting in lead generation.

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into
You’ll be the go-to person for all things enrolment, keeping everything running like clockwork from start to finish:

- Leading the end-to-end enrolment process
- Keeping records spot-on across all key enrolment systems
- Supporting all things apprenticeship compliance, tracking & reporting
- Working closely with our marketing team on recruitment marketing, to continue to build our profile as the go-to workforce partner, driving prospective learners our way
- Keeping workflows slick and structured
- Working alongside a brilliant, supportive team who understand education
About You
You might come from an apprenticeship provider, school, college, or training organisation background and you’ll probably recognise yourself in this:
- 😊 Friendly, approachable, and great with people (learners, key stakeholders & colleagues alike)
- 🗂️ Bringing experience in both marketing and either managing enrolment systems or coordinating detailed, process-driven administrative functions
- 📋 Super organised, with a knack for managing multiple moving parts
- 🔍 Detail-focused, you notice the small stuff that others miss
- 💻 Comfortable working with systems, data, and process-driven environments
- 💡 A natural problem-solver who enjoys making things better
