Description:
Vita Panacea is a UK start-up health technology company building Nexus, a modular medication management ecosystem that brings connected hardware and software together, designed to a consumer product standard because nobody should feel labelled by the things that keep them well.
We are small, we move quickly, and the work is real from your first week. This is a graduate level role, and it exists because we are building three things at once, a clinical network, a commercial pipeline and a funding round, and all three run on information that currently has nobody looking after it.
Market research and pipeline building
- Build and maintain our picture of the market, meaning the private clinics, pharmacy groups and specialist providers we should be talking to, who sits where, and which of them fit the profile of the partners we already have.
- Find the right individual inside each organisation, and the reason Nexus would matter to them specifically.
- Turn that research into clean, segmented target lists in HubSpot rather than a spreadsheet nobody opens, and grow the number of named clinics in our pipeline month on month.
HubSpot ownership
- Own our HubSpot instance and use it properly rather than as an address book, meaning lists, forms, workflows, sequences, custom properties and dashboards.
- Run the commercial pipeline, keeping every record accurate and every clinic at the right stage.
- Build and maintain the investor pipeline behind our funding round, meaning the records, the stages, the properties and the document tracking, so that the founder and our advisors are always working from the same live picture.
Website and inbound enquiries
- Keep on top of the traffic coming through our newly launched website day to day, so that no enquiry sits unanswered.
- Respond to every request for more information, send out the material requested, and follow up until the conversation either progresses or closes.
- Log every enquiry, response and outcome in HubSpot, so that the weekly inbound numbers come straight from the system rather than being reconstructed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Reporting
- A weekly report to the founder covering website analytics, inbound volume, conversion, and the number of clinics added as interested parties.
- A monthly report drawn from HubSpot for the founder to take into the board meeting, covering pipeline movement, conversion against target, and what changed since the last board.
- The traction dashboard that sits behind our investor materials, covering clinics engaged, expressions of interest received, letters of intent signed, and the conversion between each.
- Preparing the monthly investor update for the founder to review and send.
Partner and board follow up
- Handle the correspondence after each clinical advisory board meeting, issuing the packs, forms and agreements that need to go out, collecting them back in, and chasing every open action through to completion.
- Send our clinical brochure out to interested clinics, arrange the meetings that follow from it, and log every send, reply and meeting in HubSpot so the record stays current.
- Send and chase letters of intent and expressions of interest, keeping that record to a standard an investor can be shown without reworking it.
Content
- One social post a week for our company channels, drafted on brand, scheduled and published, alongside a short set of weekly actions to grow our following.
Essential
- Hands-on experience of HubSpot, or another CRM you have genuinely run rather than occasionally opened. This is a real requirement, because you will own our instance from your first month and we do not have anyone to teach it to you. Experience from a placement year, an internship, a university society or your own project all count equally, as does HubSpot Academy certification if you have taken the time to get it.
- A recent graduate in any discipline. We care about how you think and how you write, not what you studied.
- Writing you can point to, whether that is a dissertation, a publication, a newsletter or anything else you produced at length for a reader.
- Research experience, meaning a piece of work where you had to find information nobody handed you and turn it into something someone else could use.
- Spreadsheet competence beyond the basics, meaning formulas, filtering and pivot tables.
- Discretion, because you will be working with clinical, commercial and investor information from your first week, and we will ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement on day one.

Desirable
- Experience dealing with senior or professional people, whether through an internship, a placement year or a customer-facing job.
- Exposure to analytics tools, whether Google Analytics, LinkedIn insights or similar.
- Anything you have owned end to end with a deadline attached.
- No clinical, technical or healthcare background is needed.
Who this suits
We are looking for someone who works hard because that is how they are built, who motivates themselves without needing to be chased, and who is ambitious enough to build this role into something bigger than it starts as. You will report straight into the founder, so the week is yours to organise and nobody will be standing over you, and we want the person who reads that as the best part of the job rather than the daunting part.
Beyond that, this suits someone who enjoys digging, who is thoroughly organised and able to hold several moving parts at once, who will chase people politely until they respond, who is confident writing to senior clinicians in their own words, and who is interested in what the numbers are saying rather than simply reporting them.
Where this goes
This is the first role of its kind here and it will be shaped by whoever takes it. We are hiring at this level rather than buying in an agency precisely because we want someone who grows into running partnerships and growth as the company funds and scales, and that is a real path rather than a line in an advert, because there is nobody above you in it. You will sit close to clinicians, investors, regulatory consultants and engineers from your first month, and you will see how a company gets built from the inside, which is a year of experience you cannot buy anywhere else at this stage of a career.
Practical details
- Full time at 40 hours a week, fully remote within the UK, reporting to the Founder and CEO.

- There is occasional travel to London for meetings and partner visits.
- We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, so please tell us your availability, and if you are working a notice period, how long it runs.
