About DiversITy-talent
DiversITy-talent is a fast-growing social enterprise on a mission to inspire, empower and support untapped, underrepresented talent who haven't always had equal access to opportunities in business, technology and entrepreneurship.
Having successfully established ourselves in the South West, we're now expanding across the UK, with Telford and the West Midlands becoming one of our key growth regions. We're looking for an ambitious, passionate and proactive individual to help establish and lead our regional presence.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in shaping the future of our impact.
The Role
As our Regional Partnerships & Programme Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing DiversITy-talent's presence across Telford and the surrounding region.
You'll build strong relationships with education providers, employers, community organisations and local stakeholders while delivering engaging programmes that inspire young people and adults to develop future-ready skills and access meaningful opportunities.
You'll become the face of DiversITy-talent in the region, helping create partnerships that transform lives and strengthen local communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
