Partnerships & Projects Lead

Hull CVS are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join us in a brand new and unique role.

In this role you will develop a contributing role to local partnerships and Boards, promoting the role of Hull CVS and the wider VCSE sector; you will identify opportunities that help develop the wider VCSE sector, both in terms of direct support and their wider service delivery; you will lead on a range of internally and externally focussed projects; and you will provide vital additional capacity to existing projects when demand arises.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at pace across a number of areas, and be able to thrive in being assigned to different projects at short notice. We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple roles, tackle new challenges daily, and be a solid, dependable source of support. The postholder will be altruistic by nature; have excellent communication and partnership development skills; and be a creative thinker who is able to identify new opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
