Job Description Summary
Role Overview
The Executive Account Partnerships and Solutions Manager (PSM) is responsible for managing a set of strategic accounts/academia/regional ICSs to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. The PSM develops, communicates, and executes strategies at the account level, leading a team through collaboration with Account Managers, Product Sales Specialists (without direct authority) to successful outcomes through increased customer intimacy and relationship strength.
Responsibilities
- Drive orders and sales growth by influencing investments and increasing GEHC’s share of wallet.
- Explore and monitor territories to identify and generate partnership opportunities.
- Build executive business relationships with C-suite executives to define and implement a 1-3 year plan.
- Develop and execute a “One GE Healthcare” Sales strategy that leverages GE Healthcare’s portfolio of products, services, and solutions.
- Lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.

Strategic Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction for the GE Healthcare Account Team.
- Achieve sales, orders, and margin targets.
- Analyze accounts to develop business plans and strategies.

Collaboration and Execution:
- Work with Enterprise Solutions team to co-develop and deliver digital tools and services.
- Lead and leverage subject matter experts to provide technical, clinical, and business content.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of assigned accounts.

Relationship Building:
- Establish and enhance relationships at the C-suite level.
- Build long-term strategic alliances with strategic accounts/ICS/academia.
- Address customer needs by integrating appropriate GEHC resources.
Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:
- Significant experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing.
- Experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.
- Proven key account management and project planning skills.

- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- High-level presentation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Fluent in English.

Desirable Skills
- Master’s degree.
- Healthcare experience in a commercial environment.
