Job Description Summary
The Executive Account Partnerships and Solutions Manager (PSM) is responsible for managing a set of strategic accounts, academia, and regional ICSs to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. The PSM is tasked with developing, communicating, and executing strategies at the account level, leading the team through collaboration with Account Managers, Product Sales Specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Manage the long-term success of GEHC's relationships within regional ICSs, including select accounts. Drive partnership to achieve customer and GEHC goals through a deep understanding of strategic plans.
- Sales Growth: Drive orders and sales growth by influencing investments and increasing GEHC’s share of wallet. Explore and monitor territories to identify and generate partnership opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a 1-3 year plan with C-suite level executives. Build executive business relationships to define and execute the plan.
- Business Strategy: Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of assigned accounts, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities. Communicate transparently to ensure true teamwork and collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the wider GE Healthcare Account Team. Lead and leverage subject matter experts to provide technical, clinical, and business content to customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales, orders, and margin targets for GEHC sales in assigned strategic accounts while managing costs within budget.
- Market Opportunities: Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for GE Healthcare products and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Enterprise Solutions team to provide wider solutions, co-develop and deliver digital tools and services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and enhance relationships at C-suite level through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs.
- Strategic Alliances: Build long-term strategic alliances with the portfolio of strategic accounts/ICS/academia and add value through long-term solution partnerships.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain broad knowledge of equipment, Digital and Services portfolios and ensure compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity, and company policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Select KPIs to monitor account development relationships.
- Communication: Lead communication on external networks like LinkedIn and encourage the Account team to share successful stories with customers.
- Mentorship: Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Lead small to medium size projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Consensus Building: Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus. Develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within the field.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor Degree level.
- Experience: Significant experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing. Experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.
- Skills: Proven key account management and project planning skills. Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills. High-level presentation skills. Strategic thinking. Financial and business acumen. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to influence and lead programs/projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Language: Fluent in English.

Desirable Skills
- Education: Master’s degree.
- Experience: Healthcare experience in a commercial environment. Direct and/or indirect management experience; managing in a matrix organization. Deep knowledge of GEHC and the products and services offered.
