Join a high-growth startup building the global payment network for emerging markets. As Partnerships Associate, you will sit at the center of a partner network involving banks and liquidity providers. You’ll scope new corridors, manage end-to-end onboarding, and analyze deal economics, working directly with the leadership team to replace slow, expensive legacy banking infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Launch new payment corridors by researching markets, modeling economics, and negotiating commercial terms with international providers.
- Execute end-to-end partner onboarding, including rigorous due diligence, KYB coordination, and tracking technical integrations.
- Manage and analyze partner performance across rates, SLAs, and settlement to ensure consistent operational excellence.
The ideal candidate
- 1-4 years of experience in fintech, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Operationally relentless and highly analytical with an ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup settings.
- Exceptional communicator comfortable negotiating with global financial institutions and managing complex, high-stakes stakeholder relationships.
