About The Role

EE is building a market-leading Loyalty & Rewards proposition designed to deepen customer relationships, increase engagement and retention, and create meaningful value for millions of customers. As Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping that proposition by identifying, securing and growing strategic partnerships that bring compelling rewards, benefits and experiences to our customers.

Sitting within Consumer New Markets, you'll lead loyalty and rewards partnerships across EE, including EE One Up and the wider EE customer base. You'll be responsible for building a high-value portfolio of partners that enhances the customer proposition whilst delivering measurable commercial value for both EE and our partners.

Leveraging EE's scale, customer reach and multi-channel activation capability, you'll work with leading brands to create differentiated propositions spanning areas such as tickets, technology, treats, lifestyle, family, health and wellbeing. Working closely with Commercial, Brand, Product, Finance, Legal and Delivery teams, you'll help shape partnerships that strengthen EE's position as the UK's best-connected and most rewarding network.

This is an end-to-end partnership’s role, owning the full partnership lifecycle from market mapping and proposition development through to commercial negotiations, contracting, launch, governance, optimisation and growth. You'll combine strategic thinking with commercial delivery, identifying new opportunities, building compelling business cases and ensuring partnerships deliver outstanding outcomes for customers, partners and EE alike.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
