Help Bridged grow and deepen its relationships in two directions at once, finding new Global Majority practitioners to bring into Bridged's world, while owning the community presence that engages both our existing and prospective audience.

What difference will you make?

Right now, both of these depend on whatever time is left over after everything else. Your support means Bridged actively builds a practitioner and brand pipeline instead of relying on people happening to find us, and grows a genuinely engaged community rather than one that only hears from us when we post.

What are we looking for?

  • Research able to properly vet who's worth reaching out to, understanding a practitioner's values and audience well enough to judge genuine fit, not just approaching anyone loosely wellness-adjacent
  • Social media marketing comfortable finding and engaging with practitioners and brands on Instagram and other platforms, and confident managing day-to-day comments and messages in a way that builds real relationships rather than feeling templated
  • Confident writing and engaging in Bridged's voice, warm and grounded (we'll share our tone and style guide)
  • Organised, able to keep a database and community log properly maintained as you go
  • Good judgement about when something needs a reply now, when it can wait, and when it needs Camille looped in
  • Interest in wellness, culture, or community work, and enough judgement about practitioners' own priorities to know if something's a genuine fit

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Remote

What will you be doing?

This role covers two connected but distinct workstreams.

Practitioner Outreach

Finding practitioners and mission-aligned brands and inviting them into Bridged's world, building out a properly organised practitioner database from the ground up. This means researching and connecting with Global Majority practitioners Instagram and other platforms whose work and values genuinely fit Bridged, engaging with real judgement and inviting those in alignment to join our practitioner database via Instagram DM.

Community Management

Growing and holding Bridged's community on social media, replying to comments and messages from people already following us, and actively engaging with people who aren't connected to us yet, showing up in comments, replying to relevant posts, and building visibility with accounts and audiences who'd genuinely value what Bridged does. This is a different kind of work to outreach, it's less about direct one-to-one invitations and more about being present and responsive across the platform, in a way that draws people in naturally rather than through a formal ask.

Together, these cover both directions of how Bridged grows direct outreach that invites specific people and brands in, and a wider community presence that makes Bridged visible and welcoming to anyone encountering it for the first time.
