The Role

HobbyMaker works with an incredible range of craft brands, suppliers and creative businesses, and our relationships with these brands are a huge part of what makes HobbyMaker successful.

We're looking for a Supplier Partnerships Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of those relationships and help make sure our suppliers have a brilliant experience working with HobbyMaker.

Working closely with the Supplier Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the centre of our supplier activity, coordinating communication, launches, campaigns, shows and opportunities across the business.

This is a busy role. You'll need to be organised, confident communicating with suppliers and comfortable managing lots of moving parts at the same time.

Most importantly, you'll play a key role in making sure our supplier plans turn into action, helping us deliver brilliant partnerships today whilst supporting the bigger opportunities we're building for the future.

What You'll Own

Day-to-Day Supplier Relationships

Be a contact for the day-to-day support of HobbyMaker suppliers.

You'll:

  • Build strong, positive working relationships with our supplier partners.
  • Build an understanding of each supplier, their products and what success looks like for them.
  • Ensure suppliers have the information they need, when they need it.
  • Coordinate actions and follow-ups from supplier meetings.
  • Identify issues early and work with the Supplier Partnerships Manager to resolve them.
  • Make sure commitments made to suppliers are followed through.
  • Help make HobbyMaker an easy and enjoyable business to work with.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
