About Care Esteem

Care Esteem is a fast-growing UK software company building care management software for domiciliary (home care) providers. Our platform helps care businesses manage care planning, medication, rostering, compliance and audits - everything they need to deliver great care and stay CQC-ready. We're a small, ambitious team based in Preston.

About the role

We're launching a new product - the Care Esteem Policy Hub - in partnership with an external compliance provider. It gives care providers a full library of policies that stay up to date automatically. We're looking for a well-organised Partnerships Coordinator to own this partnership day to day: the single point of contact who keeps the relationship running smoothly, tracks the revenue it generates, and ensures policy content and updates flow onto the platform on time. It's a varied role blending relationship management, coordination, light finance/reporting and compliance administration - ideal for someone organised, personable and good with detail, who understands the health and care sector and the policies that underpin it. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to own an exciting product partnership and grow with it.

This is a full-time, office-based role at The Watermark Studios, Ribbleton Lane, Preston PR1 5EZ. It is not hybrid or remote.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for our external policy partner, building a strong, professional working relationship.
  • Coordinate the policy update pipeline - making sure new and updated policies are received, checked, and published onto the platform on time, working with our internal Compliance Manager.
  • Track revenue generated by the Policy Hub and prepare accurate monthly revenue statements for the partner under our revenue-share arrangement.
  • Organise and help promote quarterly partner webinars for our clients, coordinating dates, invitations and follow-up.
  • Oversee client notifications when policies are updated, ensuring customers are kept informed.
  • Keep partnership records in order - agreement terms, key dates, insurance documents and renewal/review deadlines.
  • Work closely with our marketing, sales and compliance teams to keep everything joined up.
  • Provide general administrative support to keep the partnership and product running smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
