Daily Responsibility
Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual People Engagement Process (RE:PEP), the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.
- Support the Head of Partnerships in developing and maintaining a clear, current Partnership Plan for each key client, ensuring each plan reflects the client’s priorities, key decision-makers, relationship strength, emerging risks, opportunities to add value, and agreed actions to deepen the partnership.
- Support the coordination of partnership activity across regional Business Units, working with relevant internal leads (for example, Social Value, Communications, Bids) to ensure activity is joined-up, purposeful, and aligned to what clients value most.
- Ensure partnership activity is reviewed regularly and remains on track, monitoring client satisfaction, relationship health, agreed actions, and emerging risks, and escalating issues or opportunities to the Head of Partnerships where needed.
- Support the scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of partnership meetings and workshops, including formal performance review meetings and regular internal and client touch points.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date partnership and client records in the Group's CRM system, ensuring information is current and accessible to the wider team.
- Produce and maintain client relationship maps and organograms from an agreed template, to support Managing Directors, the Head of Partnerships, and the Exec team in understanding key stakeholder relationships at a glance.
- Coordinate data and information capture to ensure accurate, timely reportage, collating data into clear, well-presented reports and presentations on a regular basis, in line with agreed formats.
- Conduct independent research to support the Head of Partnerships and regional Business Units with client, sector, and market intelligence, presented in a clear, digestible format for internal teams and, where required, the Board.
- Track relevant activity from other organisations in the sector and keep up to date with developments in social housing, retrofit, and decarbonisation policy (for example, the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, PAS 2035, EPC targets), sharing relevant updates with the business.
- Support the shaping of bids by providing the Bid Manager with key partnership information, including case studies and live examples of partnership activity, and helping to accurately capture the partnership approach in bid responses.
- Capture client commitments in the wider partnership plan, and support tracking through to delivery.
- Provide wider administrative and coordination support to the Head of Partnerships as needed, helping to free up capacity for external-facing partnership development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
