Cazoo, is the ultimate destination for car enthusiasts and buyers alike! As a leader in the market, we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled search tools, expert car guides, insightful reviews, and a comprehensive vehicle price guide. Our mission is simple: to empower buyers to find their perfect car efficiently and with confidence, while also helping automotive retailers reach millions of eager buyers.

At Cazoo, you'll be part of a team that's revolutionising the way people buy and sell cars. If you're ready to drive your career forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Cazoo is the place for you. Join us and be a part of shaping the future of automotive retail!

We're looking for a Partnerships Executive to take ownership of our live partnership workstreams and help the function deliver at pace.

Working directly with the Partnerships Manager, you'll manage day-to-day partner relationships, coordinate project delivery across internal and external teams, and make sure our sales teams have what they need to sell partnership products with confidence. You'll be the person who keeps things moving, holds partners to account on timelines, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You won't be setting partnership strategy, but you'll be the engine that makes it happen across the business. There's real scope to make the role your own, and, subject to performance and business need, potential for it to become permanent.

Reports To: Partnerships Manager
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Location: Richmond UK, Hybrid

Why this role matters, a message from Sam Jones (Partnerships Manager):

Commercial partnerships at Cazoo are still being built. That means this role touches more than a typical partnerships position would from the technical side of integrations through to how we enable sales teams and take new partners to launch.

You'll work across functions and directly with senior stakeholders from early on. If you want to understand how a partner ecosystem actually gets built, rather than maintaining one that already exists, this is a good place to do it.

About The Role:

  • Partner relationship management.

    • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our active dealer-product partners.
    • Keep communications, actions, and deliverables on track and clearly documented.
    • Hold partners to account on timelines and commitments, escalating where needed, and build trust through consistent follow-through.
  • Project delivery and coordination.

    • Own partnership workstreams from planning through to launch and post-launch tracking.
    • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and Legal to keep deliverables moving.
    • Maintain a clear view of every active workstream, its owner, next actions, and risks, and identify blockers early, coming with solutions rather than just the problem.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Sales enablement.

    • Deliver ongoing training, product updates, and release notes to sales teams on partnership products.
    • Create and maintain enablement materials (one-pagers, FAQs, quick-reference guides) so teams can position products confidently.
    • Own the internal go-to-market for new partnership launches, making sure teams are briefed and ready before go-live.
  • Marketing and compliance.

    • Support the development and sign-off of partnership marketing collateral, and manage regulated content through the compliance sign-off process so nothing ships without the right approvals.
  • Reporting and communication.

    • Provide regular updates on partner activity, project progress, and any risks or escalations, keeping the Partnerships Manager and wider stakeholders informed without being asked.

What we ideally looking for:

You'll ramp up fast and deliver without a long onboarding runway. The core of this role is project coordination and account management, so we're looking for:

  • A track record in account management, partnerships, or project coordination, managing external relationships and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Juggling multiple workstreams without dropping things is the central skill.
  • Confident communication across teams and seniority levels, and comfort working cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Legal) without formal authority. Much of this role is getting other people to deliver to your timeline.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking, reporting, and light data analysis.
  • Competence building partner-facing decks and internal updates in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
  • Experience running project trackers, timelines, and stakeholder updates.

Strongly Desirable:

  • Experience coordinating technical integrations without being the engineer, translating between a partner and an internal Product or Data team on scope, API work, and go-live.
  • Sales enablement or training delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with regulated financial promotions or a compliance sign-off process. This isn't a compliance role, but you'll own the sign-off workflow and need to respect it.

Nice To Have, Not Essential:

  • Knowledge of the automotive, dealer, or marketplace sector, or experience with a comparable partner product portfolio.

How Success Will Be Measured

We'll measure success against delivery of the live workstreams, plus a few standing measures, reviewed at set checkpoints.

Deliverables and milestones include launching new partnership products with full internal go-to-market support, completing live technical integrations to deadline, establishing a regular sales training cadence by the end of Month 1, and keeping marketing and compliance sign-off processes running without delays.
