Do you thrive on working with professional bodies, membership organisations and businesses to deliver learning solutions that make a difference?

If so, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and relationship-focused Partnerships Development & Account Executive to join our growing Sales team in London.

Working closely with the Business Development & Account Manager, you'll play a key role in increasing awareness of PDG's training portfolio and generating delegate bookings. In addition, you will sell across PDG’s Training and Conference portfolio, including tickets and sponsorship packages and have ownership of creating, developing, and delivering sales plans to drive customer engagement and revenues.

This is a varied role combining new business development, account management and consultative sales. You'll work across our market-leading training and conference portfolio, identifying partnership opportunities, managing existing relationships and developing tailored solutions that deliver value for both our partners and their members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective partnership opportunities across the UK
  • Build relationships with professional bodies, membership organisations and other strategic partners
  • Generate new partnership opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Present partnership proposals that create mutual value for both organisations

  • Achieve partnership and sales revenue targets
  • Sell across PDG's training and conference portfolio, including delegate places and sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Use an omni-channel approach including telephone, LinkedIn, email and virtual meetings to generate and convert opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using HubSpot CRM
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities to expand PDG's partnership network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
