This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network while helping more customers access expert mortgage and protection advice.

If you enjoy opening doors, influencing senior stakeholders and turning opportunities into long-term commercial success, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of developing both new and existing corporate partnerships, ensuring they generate sustainable growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a partnership distribution plan to increase sales across Estate Agency, New Build and Employee Benefits channels.

  • Collaborating with Marketing and internal stakeholders to create engaging partnership campaigns and materials.
  • Supporting adviser performance by overseeing delivery against agreed service and quality standards.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of our partnership proposition to ensure we remain the partner of choice.
  • Championing outstanding customer experiences throughout every stage of the customer journey.
  • Operating within regulatory requirements while demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

What we're looking for

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
