Oxford Data Plan (ODP) is looking for a Partnerships Development Representative
ODP is looking for a Partnerships Development Representative to own the top of the Partnerships funnel. Suiting an individual who displays high-energy, with a laser-like focus on detail, the role will research ODP's target verticals, mapping and prioritising prospective data partners, and running structured outreach to generate qualified opportunities for the partnerships team. This is a foundational role with a clear path toward a Partnerships Manager track for someone who demonstrates strong commercial instincts and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Research ODP's core verticals to identify and map prospective data partners, building a prioritised view of the most commercially relevant targets
- Build and maintain accurate target lists, capturing key firmographic and data-type detail to inform outreach strategy
- Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate interest and secure introductory meetings for senior team members
- Own CRM hygiene in HubSpot: log activity, keep records current, and ensure a clean, well-structured top-of-funnel pipeline
- Track outreach performance and share learnings to help refine messaging and targeting over time
- Support the partnerships team with meeting prep, background research, and follow-up coordination
- Contribute to the development of repeatable sourcing and outreach playbooks

- 0–2 years of experience, ideally in an SDR, BD, research, or sourcing capacity; strong graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
- Education or work experience related to equity research is a notable plus
- Interest in financial markets, alternative data, or the broader data ecosystem, with a willingness to build deep domain knowledge quickly
- Exposure to (or fast-learner comfort with) CRM tools such as HubSpot and structured outreach workflows
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a large volume of targets and touchpoints without dropping detail
- Strong written communication skills and the confidence to represent ODP credibly in first-touch partner-facing messaging
- Self-motivated and resilient, comfortable with high-activity metrics and a fast-paced start-up environment
