Our Client

Our client is an award-winning integrated agency combining culture, audience intelligence, strategy, and channel-agnostic marketing solutions, that drive their clients' businesses forward.

Based in Central London

This is an opportunity for a Partnerships Director with cross-channel marketing experience to lead partnerships across all clients from global brand partnerships, to IP rights and opportunities, that operate across the entertainment, automotive, and FMCG space.

Role Description

Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with internal teams such as Strategy, Creative, Account Management, and Insights, the Partnerships Director will be responsible for end-to-end partnerships solutions, spanning strategy and brainstorming, through to outreach, comms, negotiation, and deal completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-market brand and IP partnerships strategy for clients, acting as a strategic advisor to the agency and clients alike, operating at the intersection of culture, audience, and great marketing
  • Work with the internal team to create data and insight-led partnerships solutions end-to-end that create value for clients, delivering against briefs, and demonstrating commercial opportunities for the agency, keeping an eye on emerging trends
  • Lead partnerships across brand-led and IP-led briefs, understanding brand-side and rightsholders perspectives, leading all partnerships negotiations from agreed terms, through to seeing out contractual requirements and activations
  • Become the ‘go-to’ within the agency for partnerships excellence, creating frameworks, processes, and ways of working that deliver value for clients and position the agency as the lead marketing partner to clients
  • Support the wider team with integrated campaign development, ensuring partnerships marketing (brand and IP) is embedded across all areas of the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
