Partnerships Director
We're looking for a Partnerships Director to join our London-based Growth team and lead IDX’s channel development activity, building strong relationships across financial PR, stock exchanges, and technology companies to generate new business and create a consistent pipeline of referred opportunities.
You’ll be responsible for growing and activating IDX’s channel network - identifying new opportunities, developing existing relationships, and bringing sales and marketing activity, events, and training together to keep our partners engaged and generating results.
With clear commercial KPIs around referrals, pipeline, and revenue, this is a role where your relationships will directly contribute to IDX’s growth.
- Directly drive revenue from channel partners by promoting IDX as the digital communications partner of choice.
- Develop and implement a plan to broaden and deepen IDX's relationships with key channels.
- Establish formal partnership agreements to encourage a consistent flow of referred business.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activity with key channel partners, primarily financial PR companies, stock exchanges, and technology partners.
- Organise and promote IDX's channel training programme, building partner understanding of IDX's services and capabilities.
- Track and report on the value of opportunities referred from channels and the revenue generated as a result.
- Maintain and grow coverage across the channel network, meeting regularly with partners and expanding the number of active relationships each quarter.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure channel activity is well supported and properly followed up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
