Partnerships Executive - Referral Division

Location: London (3 days per week)

Client travel expected

Base Compensation: £35,000 - £55,000

Additional: Uncapped, £50,000 on-target variable


The role:

Yonda is expanding its Partnerships division and seeking a Partnership Executive to join, owning verticals within the Referral space. This individual would build a referral ecosystem within a specific sector by driving new partner acquisition as well as cultivating strong long-term relationships generating high-quality leads for Yonda.


The Opportunity:

This individual would have the opportunity to take full ownership of their vertical, responsible for both hunting, farming and, strategic planning. You would become an industry expert with the assigned space, immersing yourself in that industry, building a reputation within the partner community and activating a scalable pipeline. Full training would be provided on Yonda solutions and the assigned vertical.


What you’ll do:

  • Source, engage and onboard new referral partners within assigned vertical, including development & execution of outbound strategy
  • Market analysis, mapping and research of potential partner ecosystem within assigned vertical
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with partners by driving reciprocal value and managing tiered partners with tailored engagement plans
  • Manage and generate leads through relationship development to Yonda Sales team
  • Track, measure and optimise partner output, ensuring KPIs are met across both acquisition and lead generation
  • Gain & demonstrate subject matter expertise within your industry, acting as a liaison for Yonda within your assigned industry
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless lead handover and partner content and campaigns
  • Represent Yonda at partner meetings, conferences, industry events and community engagements

Who you are:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, account management or similar commercial growth
  • Strong ability and demonstrated skills in generating new business opportunities and growing existing opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence in engaging with decision-makers
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to map, understand and strategize within a market
  • Driven, KPI-focused and commercially minded
