This role is based full time (5 days a week) in our office in Oval.
£32,000 - £40,000 OTE
The Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Executive. Sitting within Goalhanger’s Commercial Division, this is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a couple of years of research experience who is passionate about podcasts and keen to start a career in commercial partnerships. You’ll play a key role in identifying brand opportunities, researching potential sponsors, and helping the team secure new business.
What you’ll do:
- Research and identify brands that align with Goalhanger’s shows across sport, history, science, business, and entertainment.
- Build a list of potential brand partners and sponsorship opportunities.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research platforms to prospect potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and expand Goalhanger’s client network.
- Reach out to potential clients and co-ordinate meetings with the Commercial Team.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the Commercial Team to support new business opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of leads, outreach, and meetings in CRM tools.

What you’ll bring:
- A passion for podcasts, digital media, and storytelling.
- Strong research skills - whether from university, work, or personal projects.
- A curious and proactive approach, with a keen eye for spotting brand opportunities.
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple research projects.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
