PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE | CRAWFORD & CORRY | UK-BASED | PART-TIME | £15 / HOUR
Crawford & Corry is a careers education and professional development company helping young people explore career pathways, develop practical skills, gain professional experience, and make informed decisions about their future.
We work with schools and students across the UK, with programmes spanning careers education, professional experiences, mentorship, and university pathways.
We are looking for an organised, personable, and proactive Partnerships Executive to join our growing team.
This is a varied, externally facing role combining relationship-building, events, marketing, and administration. Depending on the successful candidate's background, there may also be an opportunity for involvement with programme design and delivery.
THE ROLE
You will help Crawford & Corry develop external relationships, increase our presence nationally, and support the wider team across marketing and operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing relationships with schools, careers departments, and other potential partners
- Following up with existing school contacts and maintaining relationships
- Attending careers fairs and school events on behalf of Crawford & Corry
- Representing the company professionally when speaking with students, parents, school staff, and other organisations
- Researching schools, events, and potential partnership opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of contacts, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Supporting email marketing and other outreach campaigns
- Assisting with marketing materials, communications, and social media where appropriate
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the team
- Supporting the team with ad hoc projects and initiatives

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking to people by telephone and in person
- Professional, personable, and comfortable representing a premium education brand
- Highly organised and reliable
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Commercially minded and motivated by developing relationships and opportunities
- A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and spreadsheets
- Interested in education, careers, business, or professional development
Experience in partnerships, business development, recruitment, admissions, education, events, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
Experience working with schools is welcome but not essential. More important is that you are comfortable initiating conversations, building relationships, following up opportunities, and getting things done.

REQUIREMENTS
- You must be UK-based and able to travel to schools and careers events
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car are highly desirable, as the role will involve attending careers fairs and, occasionally, visiting schools
- The role is part-time, with flexibility around working hours. Some events will take place during school hours and out of usual business hours, and occasional travel will be required
- 10-20 hours per week
