The role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Partner Executive to join our growing team. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage online retailers who could benefit from Salesfire, opening conversations and exploring opportunities to partner with them for growth.

You’ll also build relationships with the digital and eCommerce agencies working with those retailers, helping us grow our agency partner network.

The part you’ll play

  • Engage with target retailers: Use creative outreach including phone calls, personalised gifts, LinkedIn messages and videos, introductions and invitations to events to start meaningful conversations with the right businesses.
  • Build our agency network: Identify and engage the agencies behind our target retailers, opening conversations and introducing them to the benefits of becoming a Salesfire partner.
  • Network in person: Attend selected eCommerce, retail and agency events, meeting prospects and partners face-to-face and turning new connections into opportunities.
  • Open doors: Work smartly and creatively to generate conversations, understand a prospect’s needs and qualify whether there is a genuine opportunity to work together.
  • Create opportunities: Introduce retailers and agencies to Salesfire, generating qualified meetings and opportunities for our wider commercial team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
