The Role
Tottenham Hotspur is very proud of its growing partner family, which is made up of numerous high-profile brands in a variety of exciting brand sectors. Each commercial partner and supplier have made a significant investment in the Club, and it is the responsibility of the Partnerships team to support the successful fulfilment and activation of the partner rights to ensure each of them meets its own brand and business objectives.
The Partnerships team is split into three pillars, each of which is responsible for its own group of partners and suppliers. Each pillar includes at least one Tier 1 partner (i.e., Shirt Partner, Kit Provider, Sleeve Partner, Training Wear Partner) and further category partners / suppliers. The teams within each pillar are led by a Senior Partnerships Manager, who is supported by a Partnerships Manager, Partnerships Executive, and a Partnerships Assistant.
We are looking to identify a Partnerships Executive to join the team. The successful applicant will work with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of activations and campaigns through the strategic delivery of partner rights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
