What You Will Do
- Grow the customer base across charities, foundations, and local authorities through targeted outreach and confident networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, translating complex organisational needs into software solutions that drive real-world impact.
- Engage deeply with existing customers to generate warm referrals and represent the platform at industry-leading conferences.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in sales with quantifiable success and a proactive, "no one asked me to" entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional communication skills, blending genuine extroversion with the ability to listen deeply and ask insightful questions.
- Ability to adapt professional sales techniques to the social sector, building trust with mission-aligned partners and stakeholders.
