Job Description

You will drive growth by building authentic relationships with non-profits, local authorities, and grantmakers. Why this role is remarkable

  • Join a mission-driven company where your work directly enables 2,000+ organisations to better serve their communities, from feeding children to supporting carers.
  • Enjoy high autonomy and direct founder access in a fast-growing environment where "Sales" is redefined as building genuine, value-based partnerships rather than just hitting revenue targets.
  • Play a pivotal role in Plinth's expansion from a UK market leader into international territories, including the US grantmaking sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ideal candidate

  • You bring deep domain expertise, either through selling to UK/US councils and charities or having first-hand experience as a fundraiser in the impact space.
  • You are a self-starter who has initiated and built projects from scratch, showing the grit to navigate sectors that optimize for social good over profit.
